Information recorded across the position0%

This measures what you have recorded, not your risk. There is no risk score here.

Nothing recorded yet.

Start with whichever module matches the decision in front of you. Each one is useful on its own, and each one writes into this position, so the next module you complete can check against what the first one recorded.

Modules

Each one stands alone and feeds the whole

A module is useful on its own. It becomes more useful once another module has recorded something, because checks run across the position rather than inside one form.

Residential Property Position

0 items

It works out where the dwelling limit, the valuation basis, the separate catastrophe purchases, and the supporting documents on your home do not line up with each other, and turns each mismatch into a specific question for your broker or insurer.

California Earthquake Coverage

0 items

It works out which earthquake coverage decisions are still open for your California residence, whether the offer your insurer owes you has actually reached you, and which parts of a shaking loss sit outside an earthquake policy entirely.

Contract Insurance Requirements

0 items

Compares the insurance limits, endorsements, evidence and deadlines a contract asks of you against what you have recorded that you actually carry and have confirmed, and returns the gaps to raise before you sign or start work.

Workers Compensation Classification

0 items

Works out which classification, payroll-record and subcontractor questions an employer should settle in writing before a workers compensation quote, renewal or premium audit.

34 checksworkers-compensation, employers-liabilitybestworkerscompensation.com

Employment Practices Readiness

0 items

Works out which written policies, distribution records, training records, and complaint-handling records an employer can actually produce before an employment practices liability submission or renewal, and which gaps and timing pressures to raise with a lawyer and a broker first.

Cyber Control Readiness

0 items

Works out which of the security controls a cyber application will ask about you actually have, which ones you have but cannot yet evidence in writing, and which dated records are already stale.

40 checkscyber-liability, privacy-and-network-securitybestcyberliability.com

Group Benefits Renewal Readiness

0 items

Record what an employer already knows about its own workforce counts, its contribution basis, and its notice dates, and see which published federal obligations attach to those facts and which documents a renewal will ask for. It produces no premium, no plan recommendation, and no determination about any individual.

Valuables and Collections Schedule

0 items

Record what you own that sits outside an ordinary contents limit, what documentation exists for each category, and where the items actually are, then see which published classification rules and documentation questions attach. It produces no valuation, no premium, and no statement about what any policy covers.

Community Association Statutory Position

0 items

Record what a California common interest development carries and what it is, then see which Davis-Stirling requirements are met and which are not. Two of the checks here are arithmetic the statute performs on figures the association already has, and one of them is the reason a board can be compliant and its owners still unprotected.

The boundary

What this instrument will and will not tell you

It will

  • Notice a described activity with no matching coverage recorded.
  • Compare two figures you entered and flag the mismatch.
  • Do arithmetic on your dates against a cited deadline.
  • Flag documentation a cited source says is commonly requested.
  • Generate the question worth asking, and name who to ask.
  • Show the source behind every one of those.

It will not

  • Say whether a risk is eligible, insurable, or acceptable to anyone.
  • Produce a premium, a price, or a rate estimate.
  • Say what any carrier will or will not write.
  • Say whether a loss is covered.
  • Assign a class code or any rating-bureau classification.
  • Give you a risk score. There is no version of that we can source.

Enforced in code and in tests, not only in policy: every rule is validated at build time against this boundary. See the methodology.
